Lia Middleton

Middleton is a barrister who specialises in crime and prison law, been practicing since 2014 and spent my first years of practice prosecuting in the criminal courts. Lives with her husband and two young children in Buckinghamshire. When she isn't writing, Lia enjoys reading, travelling, and discovering new food markets and festivals.

Her debut novel, WHEN THEY FIND HER was published by Michael Joseph in 2021, followed by a pacy courtroom thriller, YOUR WORD OR MINE, in September 2022. Michael Joseph will publish THE CONFESSION ROOM in August 2023.
